Mean Girls

Ahhhh sorry haha I just had to! Since I've always loved Mean Girls, and it's the third of October (Mean Girls appreciation day), of course I had to do post something on one of my favourite films of all time.
For the past ten years I have loved watching Mean Girls, and I still now know exactly what happens when, and can quote almost every sentence. Obviously the more times you watch it, the more unfunny it gets, but I still like it. So basically most of the film is about girls bitching about other girls behind their backs, but I guess you could say it's kind of educational because it teaches you not to do it ;)




Next educational message... ;)  Okay so I feel, just read the quote and take it in...

Calling somebody else fat won't make you any skinnier.
Calling someone stupid doesn't make you any smarter.

Personally I really like this, whenever I read this it just makes me think, makes me think twice so I can watch what I say, rather than saying things before thinking and regretting it. It always used to make me think, watch what you call other people because it doesn't mean you're any better.




The next inspirational message from Mean Girls is this. Don't let other people stop you, don't care about what other people think. I used to be so insecure and worried about what everyone thought of me and how I looked, but now I've realised none of that matters, it's your life, get on with what you want! Wise words from Kevin G ;)




So this is basically me, I need to work on what I say, but I would literally come out with things like this, this bit always makes me laugh though.

Not gonna lie, when I was a child and watched this, this literally went straight over my head, and the bit after, then I watched it again when I was older and I was like... ahhhh I must've missed that hahah :D




And of course I had to get Glen Coco in this, even though I still barely have a clue who he his and why he's so famous :D also the amount of times I've paused it to try and figure out which one he is to see his face, is unreal. And it's also very annoying whenever I say "You go Glen Coco" at any point, and nobody has a clue what I'm talking about...anyone else get that?




So I thought I'd end on this...and now I really want to watch mean girls, hmm maybe I will tomorrow aha :)
